If you're stuck at home more often these days and looking for ways to move your bodies, here's an easy way to start. It can be difficult starting a yoga practice. Trust me you don't already have to be flexible or strong. Yoga is where you go to gain flexibility and strength. There's no rush to get into crazy poses like we see on Instagram and Facebook. This is a practice. Go slow and try a bit every day or when you can fit it in. So, if you've rolled out your mat a dozen times and couldn't figure out where to start, I invite you to try some of these tips above. Remember it's just yoga. Yoga means to unify.
